Ooh -- nice camera. I've been getting some cravings for a better "didge" as we call it, too -- look forward to hearing how you like it, and seeing your photos!

Ooo I used to LOVE Jason's Deli when I lived in Texas!!!! I miss Jason's, but not Texas. LOL! Oh and you are so going to love that camera! I got one for Christmas (actually talked hubby into getting it before Christmas) and I absolutely love it! I can finally get good pics of my very active toddler. He's always on the move and I would either get him in a blur or he would be completely out of the frame before the shutter went off. Having a DSLR is pure heaven!!! You have so much control over your pics...its fabulous!

Do tell who you hope wins at the oscars?
The first month of being meat-free! That is the hardest step, the first month! I have been meat free for 30 years, in fact Frenchhusband and children are meat free too. I am glad you are taking thie route.

Great idea for a list! Although, I'd question reruns of Sex and the City. I much prefer the live show.

Hi Michelle,
I have so very much missed your posts the last couple of weeks I was without access during the move. Happy Birthday to your mom! Thank you for your list of gratitude! I am inspired to add a few of mine this morning- the daffodils which came into bloom yesterday outside my front door, the amazing book I just finished last night by Geneen Roth about how our relationships with food may either warp or illuminate our precious days, and for today- I'm going with Laini to the first outdoor open art market of the year! I send you a hug and love!

...just don't watch too much Sex and the City in one sitting. I tried to have a marathon one rainy Saturday and had 2 seasons through Netflix. After a few hours I felt like Joey and Chandler from Friends when they had free brain hurt and I felt kinda dirty.

Love your grateful Friday list!
