I too love these words but think the reference may be incorrect.

T.S. Eliot wrote, in his poem "Ash Wednesday":
Teach us to care and not to care,
Teach us to sit still.

I know this because the last line was the inspiration for my blog name :)

What a georgous bouquet! I love that quote. I, for one, have a hard time standing still if it means my inner voice wants to talk. But when I can actually do it, EVERY time I am so deeply rewarded with a sense of peace, a decreased sense of anxiety or fear, and in balance.
