SPT{Identity-3}

"...don't be satisfied with stories, how things
have gone with others. Unfold
your own myth, without complicated explanation,
so everyone will understand the passage,
We have opened you
Start walking towards Shams. Your legs will get heavy
and tired. Then comes a moment
of feeling the wings you've grown,
lifting."
from Unfold Your Own Myth by Rumi

And that's what I'm doing...writing my own story, becoming the heroine of my own tale, starring in my own plot, creating my own life, and letting the myth unfold before me day by day by day until I realize my wings have developed and the wind is carrying me...

so true...it is hard in the world to be your own person and you would think, it would be easier in todays terms. but i love this passage - so many days my legs are
heavy and tired, but when the wings begin to lift....ahhhhhhhh

you are beautiful! love the glasses! and it's great being able to read about your highs, lows, joys, sorrows, worries, gratefulness, inner demons & see glimpes of your life once again. it's actually kind of cool reading someone's blog a week at a time - you can see the normal rollercoaster of a life well lived. x hug to you!
