All the pictures are PRECIOUS! Who could keep from just giggling? Glad you linked your reference to the book, or I would have had no idea who the other Max was - illiterate in children's lore as I am now. I better place an Amazon order.

That is sooo Cute! And I love that book too. I actually bought it for myself a few years ago, came across it second hand, still in the box with a small cuddly monster toy. I keep it on display on a shelf in the back room.
